Senior RF Engineer

Design and develop new generation of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) readers for the worldwide market. Create RFID reader specifications, simulate and evaluate different sub-system architectures, and generate schematics and production layout using CAD. Perform board level test and debug using RF and analog test instruments. Design UHF antennas for RFID readers and tags. Simulate the performance of Dipole, Patch, and other antennas in the environment using Ansoft HFSS and Ansoft designer. Formulate testing procedures for the readers and antennas in production. Conduct internal EMC compliance tests and review external compliance reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of RFID reader products. Provide technical guidance to design teams for regulatory rule compliance. Track and support multiple projects for EMC to meet worldwide EMC compliance standards. Coordinate with OEM supplier in Asia.
